Delete your Hiriyo account data

You can permanently remove the information connected to your Hiriyo account without contacting support.

How to delete your data

1. Open Hiriyo and sign in with the account you want to remove.
2. Open Connections from the left navigation.
3. Under Your data, select Delete my Hiriyo data.
4. Read the warning and confirm the deletion.

What is deleted

Your career profile, CV versions, saved searches, job matches, applications, application events, mailbox-derived messages, interviews, notifications, AI run records, evaluation records, and stored Gmail connection are removed.

Before deleting

Use Export my data in Connections if you want a portable copy. Deletion cannot be undone. Operational backups may remain temporarily where required for security, reliability, or legal obligations.
